MEMBERSHIP MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED
Our guest speaker will be Kim Rullis, the chairperson of the Hamilton Township Historic Preservation Advisory Commission. She will be giving us an overview of the Historic Commission, and she will explain about Phase 1 and 2 of the Historic surveys which were just completed. This would be of interest to anyone who lives in the historic district or is interested in historic preservation.

The talk is titled "Great Egg Harbor Watershed: Lost Places—Upstream." It explores select sites above the Mays Landing dam, including: Pond Swamp, the historical river front; Inskeeps by The Ponds; Indian Orchard at The Lake; hamlets of Penny Pott, Smiths Little Mill, and Jack Puddin'; trouble in Tar Kiln Neck; and tales of the Lochs-of-the-Swamp.
